Advalso’s document management services, organised on an industrial basis, deliver quality, efficiency and reliability, using leading-edge technology to ensure management of the entire document life cycle. The document is captured at source, irrespective of format (paper based, electronic), delivery channel (post, fax, email, web) and entry point (centralised or local), and digitalised for use in corporate systems. The main process phases are: reception of documentation; preparation and formal check of paper-based documents with resolution of any problems; scanning and indexing; physical filing and logistics management. In the document management area, Advalso is the Competence Centre that develops the overall service offer supporting Olivetti's Document Hub solutions. It delivers these services through its infrastructure and acts as the sole interface for the commercial channels, taking responsibility for before- and after-sales activities and end user support.
